I believe the sound machine is necessary for absolutely everyone with you have a hard time sleeping or not because it puts you in a deeper sleep it hypnotizes your mind but you have to find the right sound that works for you so you need a machine that has a wide variety, for me it’s brown noise. Waves keep me awake, campfire, sound annoys me, but a monotone hum that I believe is the Brown Noise, does it for me and I notice the difference when I don’t use it.

Another major thing is keeping absolutely everything possible unplugged in your living, quarters, that you don’t need. I even come keep most lamps unplugged and just plug them in as needed. No need to keep all appliances plugged in that you might only use once in a while or even just wants a day, just plug it in when you use it and then unplug it because the EMFs are present and you’re keeping them high in the household, but having everything plugged in. Even when something is turned off, there still is a live current present in the wall, ready to go, the minute you turn the on switch on.

If you use your phone as an alarm, have it in airplane mode. And absolutely number one is unplugged unplug unplug the Wi-Fi at minimum that Wi-Fi Hass to be off at night. There’s absolutely no reason for it to be plugged in, you’re asleep you’re not using it and your phone alarm Will work without it.

It could be you’re getting disturbances from neighboring EMFs if you’re in a condo building or they could also be faulty wiring nearby. Getting a qualified person to test. Your EMF levels throughout your living, quarters could be helpful and they could suggest some remedies. 🙋🏻‍♀️

My impression is that these jaspers are just making things up as they go like drinking your coffee through your butt.

This woman is 82 and otherwise healthy? If that's the only pill she takes, leave her alone, let her take the sleeping pill and enjoy her life. "Dependance" is a relative term. Is a diabetic dependant on pills? Is the person with hypertension dependant on pills? The person with genetically high cholesterol?

I sleep better after following Dr. Ted Naiman protocols now. It worked after only one or two days.
