This was a great work out! A sweaty one! I love how you added the warm up and cool down links in the description, a great reminder but would you be able to post the next exercise description during the rest period? I find I can't follow along with the workout because I have to listen to the description first, then rewind the video back to the start of the specific movement and it's throwing my flow off a bit

Just did this as a very fresh newbie and I just stopped and rested at the 15 Seconds left mark (as in your Beginner/intermediate videos). Super fun workout, but I def broke out a sweat :D

So if any beginner is reading this and your curious about this video, maybe try doing this and don't get discouraged if some exercises seem hard, you're putting in the work, however much that is, you got this! <3
