You know you remind me of someone, he works all day and does the same thing, at someone point he would mention, I do all the same things everyday and he sighs, sometimes I feel like I should nudge and let him know you don't know how much you do for us, when your not here alot of people don't know what to do. I think its just a matter of someone giving him gratitude.
I think also praying to God daily will keep from the negativity from the world because you need some point of hope.

Quit using instagram two years ago, never feel better. Personaly I am not against it, but I just cannot stop comparing myself with the thing I saw on socal media every day, which make me feel whatever I did would never be enough to be able to have a lifestyle like them.

Great video bro. I used to experience FOMO/fear of missing out (anxiety that an exciting or interesting event may currently be happening elsewhere, often aroused by posts seen on social media) a lot when I was younger, and like you said there isn't a one size fits all solution. Some things that have worked for me include practicing gratitude, living in the moment, being inspired instead of jealous, and cultivating and browsing my favourite social media pages anonymously or without registering (I don't follow or look up people I know irl because I don't want to know what you're doing unless you tell me).

This was a much needed reminder! Think of it as a mental model whose outcomes depend on the underlying assumptions. Our experience of the reality (outcome) is a function of our perception which in turn depends on the assumptions we have. Positive assumptions result in a more positive perception and in turn positive experience of reality. Well put together Anas :)
