the CEO's yearly bonus was from the suffering of others and their loved ones

UnitedHealth denied 32% of it’s customers claims. Industry standard is 16%. The ruthless greed is out of control. Think of how many lives were destroyed and or bankrupted because of this corporation and their greedy executives.

Condolences to the families of all the United Healthcare customers denied medical care that resulted in unnecessary suffering and death.

$10 million a year for a salary isn't enough for them. Their greed is unbelievable.

$200 for an inhaler that costs $20 in other countries, same brand, same everything.

RIP to all those who were denied healthcare & screwed over by UHC w/ their "pre-existing" claims

Guilty of so much more. Every denied rightful claim should be punished. 90% automated denial and 32% denial on repeal. My pity is out of coverage.

Not surprising at all to me. I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years. The greed of the people at the corporate level knows no bounds.

When you pay for your health insurance, it is to help pay for your health treatment. Not so some CEO can hit the lottery each year.

My condolences to all the families that have lost their love ones due to the greed and negligence of United HealthCare.

I have a friend that works in healthcare as a billing specialist. She told me that out of every single insurance provider she deals with, united healthcare gives her the most difficult time in paying out insurance claims. Sometimes it takes weeks and months and she’s constantly having to follow up with them.

People are practically rejoicing on this event. people are tired of insurance companies squeezing every penny from us to feed greedy shareholders. Our lives depend on hospitals and doctors, but CEO's will tilt the hand of faith on who lives or dies. Yea, I think that is a very reasonable public response on what normally would be a sad event.

I had a daughter back in December 2015, 3 days after giving birth I had “ postpartum cardiomyopathy” which is heart failure due to pregnancy… didn’t even know this kind of thing was possible. After my NDE I was in a coma for 4 days. United Healthcare denied my lifesaving treatment and tried to stick me with a 100k bill AFTER I had already met my deductible in full after giving birth. It took me 6 months and 2 appeals to get them to cover my bill. Luckily the hospital was understanding and never sent me to collections. Many people aren’t as fortunate as me… ❤️❤️❤️

If our government will not take care to make sure justice is done, the people will.

Health insurance should be a Not for profit organization.

Since when did a person's health become a profit center? The greed in America has simply gotten out of control.
