Many Doctors unfortunately enough don’t follow their own instruction. But he has said as well before that a 20% of obese people may not have any metabolic disfunction and I sure hope he is an example of that group.

In 2000 I had gastric bypass surgery. Prior to the surgery a number of tests must be performed. They discovered my liver had over 10% fatty tissue infiltration.
The surgery saved my life. I weighed 400lbs. 5'3" now I weigh 110lb.

Mindblowingly obvious. I come from an era last century when NONE of these issues were around. How we have evolved, and include the delight of the big pharmaceutical and food production companies, IS to be wary of. Eat food that is FOOD. Eat food that is unsprayed and not in plastic wrapping.
