Hi everyone! In this advanced guide, let's paint a NMM (Non-Metallic Metal) Steel Axe. Non-Metallic Metal is an advanced technique for painting the illusion of a metallic surface on a miniature using non-metallic paints, in this case shades of grey. So let's grab our brushes and get started!
The model featured in this video is an Ogre Maneater, heavily converted from the Orruk Megaboss kit from Age of Sigmar, along with lots of sculpting. You can check out photos of the painted and unpainted model on my Instagram page (link on my channel page).
