I tried this with a Sony a7III and the same Kodak camera and the lens was too close to the sensor for a proper focus.

This is so cool. There is a guy (I think in Ukraine) that takes apart old sovjet compact cameras and 3d prints custom mounts for them. The photos had a really fun character. If I remember correctly they weren't that expensive either. But this was a couple of years ago.
