One thing I learned from Saltpapi’s transformation is SH!T WILL TAKE TIME and it’s not the workout or nutrition that is the hardest but it’s having PATIENCE and accepting that you will have to wait to see the changes that you dream of.

It’s easy to show up in the gym but there are times when the progress suddenly stalls and weight loss gets slower and slower, will you still show up? That right there is the hardest part.

Saltpapi busted his a$$ for more or less 2 YEARS to have the physique he has now and that will forever be my inspiration when I find myself becoming impatient again.
