Some of the dopest food I've ever gotten in my life, man Cebu blew my mind. It's incredible to see how diverse Filipino cuisine is and I feel super lucky to have experienced it on my 14 day trip in the Philippines. It's definitely a place that takes a special place in my heart, and I'll forever remember the great bites and people I've met along the way. I love you Philippines and see you soon :-) ❤️🇵🇭

Whoever did the research for the places where to eat deserves a raise! the places you eat at in the Philippines are 10/10!!! the best representation of the food here in the PH!!!!

this is one of the best filipino food vlogs done by a foreigner. you can really see the amount of research done by the team, and that shows how authentic and genuine and respectful you are to our country. all of the food you have tried is spot on when it comes to filipino food representation.

No ONE has ever made this type of food and travel content;usually it's condensed into a 30 minute vlog. Thank you, Tina. AMAZING!

I want to say thank you so much for this video. What could've been a "take some b-roll of street markets for views" became an homage to the culture. It is almost normal to see videos of tourists show obvious disgust when approaching filipino food let alone eating it. Instead, you came at each vendor with grace. You have my respect and thanks.

Tina, I am a Cebuano and I'd like to thank you for giving such profound respect and regard to our food as a cultural representation of our identity and heritage. This content is amazing. Congratulations!

This is the best feature of Cebu I have ever seen. Ever. Not even Filipinos do it this good, this authentic, this well-researched. Shows real local knowledge. Shows heart, Dooby. First time leaving a comment on your video I think. Just wanted you to know I appreciate this video. I’ve lived here for 18 years. I felt my culture represented well in your video and I learned even more about it too. Thank you.

now this is how you do a food content in PH as a foreigner. With proper representation and research! Not those typical "clickbait food vlogs" wherein they eat everything they set their eyes upon and call it the best food the Philippines has to offer.

I'm Filipina and live in Mindanao, I just visited Cebu for a short travel to visit my brothers, nephews, and nieces who all live there. Would've loved to see you there because I also went and ate at all the places you've been!!! Thank you so much for sharing this. I'm so happy you chose Cebu because that is my absolute favorite place to visit when I want to eat lowkey good food. There are a lot of places in the Phils that have different take on food & Filipino culture, but Cebu is the best place to start a Filipino food journey. Kudos to the research it took to find these absolute best places to eat in Cebu bec we all know there are a lot to choose from. 😍🥰

I swear. This is Netflix worthy. And I will tell you, I will do an all nighter watching these. I adore your way of interaction with thr people you have met. Asked the best questions, and the insertion of bloopers in between like butchered words made sense and made thid a full circle moment. Currently watching this while working. Really entertained. ❤❤❤ Hope to see more of these with your next food journey across the world.

Silent subscriber here. Honestly, there really aren't many documentaries that showcase the beauty and appeal of the Philippines. Big props to you for doing this!! Hope many more people see how awesome the Philippines is. Thanks for showing the world this! :)

Best part of this, she knows HOW to eat Filipino food. Some vloggers would come and won't even bother to ask how to eat the food then complain that they don't like it.

I have been a fan of Dooby for a couple of years already. I loved her adobo cooking video. I am glad she experienced the regular Cebu restaurants/stalls instead of fancy Filipino restaurants. These are the right places to get the most authentic Filipino cooking especially a Cebuano one. I am from the Metro Manila but I'll visit Cebu soon ❤
