BMW UK | How do I activate the front & rear parking sensors?

The front and rear sensors automatically activate when reverse gear is selected or can be manually controlled using the PDC button.

How do you deactivate the beeping in reverse? Or lower the sensitivity???

this might be a stupid question but my 2018 1 series has front and rear sensors. when i engage reverse nothing shows on the idrive, nor can i find any settings relating to parking. There is also no PDC button... is this normal?

Two different gear lever/centre consoles are shown in this video. When showing the cancel button it is situated at the right hand side of the gear knob but is absent earlier in the video...? I have all the PDC stuff on iDrive and the sensors go beep beep at me but I have no cancel button anywhere on mty2015 320d ED. Very annoying as it is not easy to stop the beeping without driving forward or turning the engine off. Any ideas?

I have parking sensors but they beep at me in German and I don’t understand.
