Florida Mom Caught Beating 3-Year-Old Son on Neighbor’s Surveillance Camera

A Florida mom was caught on her neighbor’s surveillance camera allegedly kicking and throwing her 3-year-old son. Police in Sunny Isles Beach arrested Yulia Storozhuk this week and charged her with multiple felony counts of child abuse.
