The main problem in this is the judge. The state don't have a case but the judge is the case in that court . He sees no loop holes and he defend all the wrongs were made by the state . He protect the witness he justify everything that is wrong. Baloyi knew about the discrepancies and told Pinky but never informed the court but Ratha is quiet about it. Before Pinky testify he told Pinky and obviously he knew about it before Steyn testify . Baloyi is a liar and the crook and this judge will defend him . That's my opinion about this case and Ratha and Baloyi
