We were made to believe that Ghouws was replacing Steyn cos Steyn cannot come back as he is retired, Rata was even joking around it now he tries to allow Steyn to leave his holidaying spree and come to help.So bringing Ghouws was not necessary.but Rata listens to himself and State witnesses only😢
