The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial continues at the High Court in Pretoria.

The Court is super protective of the State Witnesses, especially White. Adv Moshololo cross-examining was hard as the Court responded more than the witness. Similar behaviour was displayed during the Magistrate Cronje.

all the things the judge is saying are supposed to be answered by the state or the witness but No the judge is also acting as witness/prosecutor. There were so many things added to the record by the judge that changed the whole direction of the case e.g the judge said the GPS unlock at the hospital was due to the overhead pedestrian bridge...the expert never said that but the judge did and it became a thing, meanwhile the expert had clearly said the GPS started at the enterence of the hospital and it suggests that the car drove through the hospital....but that evidence was burried by the judge...but we listen and we remember. there are so many things the judge adds that are false his job is to listen not give answers...He also said the DNA was inconclusive when the expert said it clearly excludes the accused... hai....madoda. (all is alleged ).
