I have 2 friends. Both of them are bankers. One of them enjoys being banker and working all day in a bank but the other one is always in search of an excuse to quit the job, she feels bored and pressurized. She is doing the job forcefully because of financial needs. So it depends from person to person. Some may love the job and some may not.

My opinion -- 2 -4 years job savings through different modes. Is enough for starting a bussiness in your own city. Better to live on different state, with different cultures people and stay far away from family nd friends.

After 2-3 years grind in bussiness enough to achieve 3x more money than P.O salary.

One of my knowing Person has done same thing.

I was a bank PO once. I quit during probation itself. Then prepared for government exams. Cleared SSC MTS and joined a central government department. Now I'm living happily with peace of mind..

Nicely explained. Bank officers' job is toughest, risky and least paid job compared to any other government job of same status.

And sir there’s a lot of sales target from credit cards to loans and insurances in every private bank be it number one bank or small bank in the private sector! Even though you are into operations you have to sell! You always have to start the day with bad worlds from the manager and the sales target are unacceptable 99% of the times. Just like govt jobs, private bank jobs sucks too😢.

Tha bank is almost privatised. Kaam ka issue ni h, salary is not bad, but the targets are being given on daily basis. Insurance ki mis selling krne k lia pressurise kia jata h.
Sir salary k lie gareeb logo ko jhooth bol k insurance ni bech skte h hum. Kaam is never an issue. The problem is working for the so called insurance companies, for example SBI Life, who have a full control over SBI now!!!

There is a simple demand and supply. When you have done post graduate then looking for the jobs of govt is like a undervalued work or patriotic work. And kidas cant be taught to be in limited motivation but to be passionate to work harder to be a hard worker and earn with a settled job

Same story is mine sir, I was also a banking aspirant but after sometime, I realised I am not making for it. Now, I am doing full time website work like SEO work, Website Development and more. I am spending 10-15 hrs in one of institutions and my house into it but I didn't get bored. I love it.

I was waiting for my turn for SSC CGL document verification. So I was having a conversation with one of the candidate he was a SBI PO, I asked him being curious as I am, I said PO has a very good salary why are you leaving. He said firstly his posting is in a village of South India while he's from Bengal. Secondly the pressure from manager is almost unbearable. Even he said as someone mentioned in the comments the best job in this sector is clerical, come to office leave and let the people on better payroll take the burden.
