Now I understand what they are doing - calories in extra dark chocolate come from fats, and sweetness - from sweeteners :) Smart!

This test is a little tricky because this particular brand of chocolate uses sugar alcohols and stevia instead of sugar. Most 80%-95% cacao chocolate does have a small amount of sugar and will elicit a tiny spike.

I was thinking maybe you could try some of the common glucose hacks like drinking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 20-30 minutes before a meal and then comparing it to the same meal without drinking the apple cider vinegar before.
