Given the current political manoeuvring around semiconductor tech, Taiwan and China. U.S wont allow the return of domestic semiconductor manufacturing to U.S mainland to be upset or the boat rocked right now. Semiconductors are now a matter of national security.
Qualcomm is a U.S company but shares, Investors foreign and domestic will need to be thoroughly examined.
U.S gov will insert themselves right in the middle of this.
