It's because it's called Younger Shadowheart and its a mod to make her skin smoother and 'tighter'(no wrinkles or creases etc.). Yes, the mod really doesn't noticeably change her model, but it has been proven that women in games are usually hated if they are not smooth and perfect. Even in a world like Baldurs Gate or a game in a zombie apocalypse, female characters need to be perfect with the perfect body and smooth, porcelain skin. If people are upest about, it most likely valid
