Funfact: In war (around wrold) ppl used dandelion roots to make coffee bc thay didnt have coffee beans 😢, they taste great tho.

It also depends on what time you pick the part of the plant! It's sweeter or bitter at different times and there are different times it's best to pick a certain part of the plant depending on what you wanna make :D
