I think a test should be required before marriage so people can't say they didn't know what they were getting into. It have check marks for questions like "Yes I know that this person is going to P me off " and " yes I know that this person is going to disagree with me Often " and "Yes I know that this person will make mistakes and do things that I don't like "

That's such good advice. Accept the differences that each other has. Definitely don't try to change the other because only God can change a person. I guess if you are willing to listen because the Bible says come let us reason together. Nevertheless, the husband ultimately has the deciding vote to cast! I think that if the woman felt like the husband actually took her opinions onto consideration, (no matter his decision) she wouldn't get upset! The problem is most feel like they aren't listen to at the very least! If the husband said I hear you but God says do xyz... I think it would be way less battles/negative attitudes!
