Sauerkraut has the highest amount of vitamin C. 1 cup has 700mg. Nothing comes close.

I have been following you, but I just lost all confidence in you. Your ingredients in your vitamin C contains citric acid and natural flavors. They are two of the 50 secret names for MSG, which is a preservative, which is a neurotoxin and affects the nervous system. Why would you use these two ingredients? They are poison. I’ve been studying this for years. The Monsanto industry designed 50 secret names for MSG so that they could get it into foods, and then label them names so people would think that they were natural. Hence, citric acid. Hence natural flavors.
