Absolutely Brilliant. 👏👏👏👌👍
Thanks for the different view point which makes perfect sense.🙏
I came across your channel looking for a solution to improving bile flow and dissolving gallstones and your solutions made perfect sense and today you have given me the exact reason for my IBS issues. I have been and am still on elimination diets, gluten free, keto etc but the number of food sensitivities keep on increasing day by day. Things which I was not sensitive to before I am sensitive to now and combined with the gallstones & sludge in my gallbladder this makes perfect sense.

Im 49 and have had Crohn's since I was 6, but of course in 1986 no one really knew what Crohn's was so I was not diagnosed or treated until my colon literally fell apart inside me and it was removed in emergency surgery. Pathology proved it to be Crohn's. Surgeon said it looked like my colon had been ripped apart by a bear. Anyway, Crohn's was only in my mouth from age 6 until 20. Major mouth ulcers, couldn't eat, talk...horrible. Doctor said its canker sores lol. No it was not. At age 20 I started getting symptoms in my colon starting with the rectum. Doctors said it was probably hemorrhoids. Nope! Then it moved up my colon. Doctors said it was ulcerative colitis. Nope! So long story short. I still have 2 inches of rectum so that my small intestine can connect with it via J pouch and therefore I don’t need an external ileostomy bag. However I still deal with Crohn's ulcers in the 2 inches of rectum that causes pain, urgency, and fistulas! Yay fun! No let me tell you, rectal/vaginal fistulas are not fun. So doctors tell me my only option is to remove the rectum and live with a permanent ileostomy. I've ignored them for 22 years now and have managed to control the rectal disease enough to get by. I use natural means to control it. A strict keto diet helps the most. All that being said....can you give me some clues/ideas about what else I can try to do in order to heal the rectum? I'm wondering if thinning bile like you talk about could help? I'm also wondering if TUDCA could help? There are actually studies being done on TUDCA and IBD and also TUDCA and PSC/PBS. Interesting how PSC people also get ulcerative colitis. Also interesting how taking Vancomycin permanently cures PSC as well as the ulcerative colitis they get. Vancomycin helps my inflammation and symptoms greatly and so my gi doctor prescribes it for me permanently. Would love to get off of it. Still trying to heal the rectum after 29 years now! Thankfully Crohn's has never affected my small intestine, just mouth and colon. Knock on wood.

You said “supplementing with ox bile won’t help to thin the sludge” but if your body recycles the ox bile like it should, wouldn’t it be recycled back into your liver and thereby released into the gallbladder which in turn should thin the sludge in the gallbladder.?

In 14 yeras of dealing with UC and telling all my drs that my poop was as beige as my skin, NO ONE, NOT A SINGLE allopathic nor alternative Dr knew what that meant and said they had never seen that.... thank you... know i know it's lack of bile.

Thanks for the explaination. I liked it alot. I have one question, though. You said poor bile flow is likely to cause those illnesses. So I thought the patients suffering from Crohn's or Colitis would have acidic stool. IBut tit's known that they have alkaline stool. (I have Ulcerative Colitis and tested my stool Ph. Ph is btw 9 and 10.). If my stomach acid couln't be neutralized, then why the stool is alkaline? Some explaination would be very helpful. Thanks!

I am only 23 old female. I am from South India. I had food poisoning along with bloody diarrhea last month. I saw blood in my stool around 4 to 5 times(totally). This month, again I am affected by food poisoning. No matter what I eat, even home cooked food is giving me stomach pain and nausea. I am having constipation along with diarrhea. The constipation is almost chronic. And every night I feel like the food I ate is undigested no matter how early I eat. So I frequently get up to burp on my own to feel better. I don't know why my stomach is so weak that I am frequently getting stomach problems. When I google I see terms like gastritis, ulcer, even cancer. It scares me so much. I feel too sick for my age. I feel terrible and can't do anything coz of my health anxiety. What could be the problem. My doctor suggested taking psyllium husk every night, will that solve my issue along with eating less spicy home cooked healthy food?. Can the supplement be taken daily without side effects?

"Highly competent and intelligent doctors with decades of experience": We don't know what causes Crohn's and there's no definitive cure as of now.

This guy (also highly competent and intelligent, obviously): *Common sense go

In all seriousness, the world needs more doctors like you. I was diagnosed with a Crohn's-like disease 7 years back (and had it for at least 3 years prior as well) and was told my only choice was corticosteroids. Thankfully my mom said no way. So for the past seven years, my mom and I have been searching for natural remedies for Crohn's, taking baby steps and a lot of trial and error. And indeed, a lot has improved, and in a lot of areas inside as well as outside of digestion (obviously, everything in the body is intertwined). This video of yours is my next baby step towards healthier me.
