1 tbsp butter
1/2 avocado (sliced)
3 cherry tomatoes (havled)
Handful of arugula
2-3 slices of prosciutto
Garnish:
Freshly grated Romano
Squeeze of lemon juice
Pickled onions
Hot sauce (optional)

Man, the pickled onions... I just can’t!! I mean, I CAN!! Those alone are flavor bombs!! I love me some good avocado toast and I love how you can add pickled onions on anything and it would raises the bar for FLAVOR. amazing!!

I tried this one avocado toast recipe that was so good. You use guacamole on some ciabatta bread then feta, fried onions, red pepper jam, and some dill sprinkled on top
