I've never actually had a boiled egg because of food phobias but I never thought to grate one, that would actually make it way more manageable for me, I'm gonna try this

honestly it makes sense for the yolk part since boiled yolks are super sense & rich, grating it into tiny pieces gives you more air naturally in each bite since they're all separate little pieces, probably tastes better that way, I don't typically like hard-boiled egg yolk but this looks good

I would just slice the egg because washing the grater is something I like to keep to a minimum, otherwise I bet this is really good!

i remember this from kindergarten parties/recitals, moms would make this with either cream cheese, butter or patè and decorate it with bell pepper “flowers”. tastes just as good at 25 lol.

Sounds good. Just never occurred to me to grate an egg. I prefer the yellow cooked and not runny so this is a good idea.
