6:50 the only reason why the nether rite blew up is because it was in the middle of changing block states. The only part of its BlockStateTag changed was its position switching the block in front of it from here to nether right in the block behind it from here to piston head.

the reason the tnt explodes the netherite block, is because when a piston pushes a block, for a split sec the block becomes an entity which tnt can explode.

The reason why the guy was able to break the nether block is because when a block is being moved it has no blast resistance so that’s why it blew up

The Netherite Block was blown up because in minecraft logic, when a block is "BEING" pushed, the blast resistance of a block is literally 0 since it counts a ghost block(it's on animation, the block is actually already pushed, but it's just on animation, so the code made it a ghost block so it can't be broke while being pushed, and it ain't an entity while being pushed) while "BEING PUSHED"

for those who don't know, a pertified oak slab is the old oak slab before the other ones was added, but the pertified ones was not deleted for unknown reasons. it acted more like stone, it cannot catch on fire and is mined with pickaxes.
