For you people who don't know how commands work, on the saturation trick he gave saturation to himself for 10 seconds to refill that he lost. It wears off by itself, and he waited for it to do so. . Description of his command---> /effect give @p (= gives nearest player an effect) saturation (the effect that refills hunger) 10 10 (first 10= amount of seconds, second 10= level of saturation) true ( particles are hidden). So stop hating y'all. Know the workings and reasoning behind things before you start attacking it.
