I started feeling a cramp like pain, in my left side / back / lower rib area,
which started to hurt during breathing and acute regular movements.

The Pain is stabbing and sharp, which is super alarming because,

i recalled carrying up a large box and using my left arm to pull the weight of me and the box up 3 flights,

Sometimes I’ll be laying down and I breathe deep and I’ll have sharp stabbing feeling in my back and I’d kind of freak out cus I can’t breathe but when I relax and give it a few minutes I’m fine again. It doesn’t happen often but I’ve always wondered what’s the cause? I assume I strained something maybe?
