This video is a tutorial on how to use the vlookup function in Google Sheets (Google Apps) and Excel. This video specifically covers using the vlookup function to auto-populate spreadsheet data from one sheet to another. Is there any formula that tell the cell to lookup to the sheet before. for example set a formula in sheet 2 that lookup for the value in sheet 1 and set a formula in sheet 3 to lookup in sheet two
and when create a new sheet always lookup for the value for sheet before

Hi Mark, I would like to ask the same question. From the link I could understand how you merged the data but I looking for the information where I can enter a number and information related to that number will populate. Eg. in the video you typed 456 and William Clinton's information populated. Please explain how you did that
