Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1 3/4 cup white sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups oats

118 ml milk
350 grams white sugar
26 grams cocoa powder
113 grams unsalted butter
181 grams peanut butter
2 ml vanilla
300 grams oats

Instructions~
1. Combine milk, butter, sugar and cocoa powder in medium sized pot.
2. Stirring constantly bring to a boil, and continue cooking for 1 minute.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
4. Scoop into cookie portions on parchment lined baking tray, and chill until hardened…
