Thank you for this recipe it looks great but is there any way you could give the weights of ingredients. I’m in UK and find cups unreliable I weigh in grams or lbs. weight is the same everywhere but cups depend how tightly packed ingredients are and also change with climate. Regards Gill 🇬🇧

Hello. There is no kosher preparation. We must not eat sick with milk. Because we usually start eating meat products on Shabbat. Is it possible in your recipe to use water and out of it too good as you have prepared ?? I'd love to hear from you. Thanks

My bread comes out to dry . The next day is not soft either. Can someone tell why ?.

This is a brioche not a hala bread, hala bread have no milk or milk products because it is eaten during Shabbat meals including meat ....however your recipe is very good for brioche
