Ok this video does not cover a lot of different situations such as if the hard disk drives to boot up suddenly fails. Restoring default options is not going to work and to that i leave everyone with a warning, your hard disk drives might be dead and you may need a complete wipe and bring it in to get it fixed

Thank you very much. Going to the F10 setup screen and selecting Apply defaults and Exit got my Dell Computer up and running again.

Resetting the bios works to start but now I need to enter the password to a account I don't have access to anymore n everytime I try to factory reset it shows this error msg again since it reboots how could I factory reset it so I could at least log in

I have this problem as well. My Hard Drive came with nothing on it and had to put hard drive into other pc to install operating system then swapped to HP Pavilion PC. Still no joy. I still get a screen that says no operating system as well.
