Hi all today i am going to show you how to fix this error
On HP All In One Pavillion 23
In this case the problem was on Bios
The secure boot configuration was wrong.

THERE IS FOUR REASONS WHY YOU GET THIS ERROR
1. Bios its not configurated right.
2. There is no OS inside the Hard Drive.
3. The Hard Drive its Gone.
4. The Cable that goes from the Motherboard to the Hard Drive it Damaged .

Bios its not configurated right just like in this case.

I wouldn't have believed it! Had a hdd that I abbondond a year ago. Had elloborate ideas of accessing it via Linux zorin (which did work) then used this tutorial it took forever to get to logon screen but it works guys this man is a legend!

I did this:

Tried to boot into bios by pressing "esc", only device information appeared, nothing else. After some tiem the screen turned black, or the text simply dissapeared. So i turned the pc off from the button, i couldn't do anything else.

Now, i cannot boot into windows, i wonder what happened. It showed some text and at the end "no boot disk found" or something similar and after pressing any key it just duplicated the text.

Shut down the pc, when trying to boot again now it just says: "the boot disk has not been found" and nothing else, in this case the text doesn't duplicate and it's different.

Now, i see that error everytime. I cannot boot.

If i select device config. There's nothing. Just an empty window.

Help.Mine didnt work when i save and pressed yes it just went back from the start. But i did noticed that in storage, device configuration the hard disk didnt show up.
Edit: i tried mine again now after i out the code and pressed enter only then it returns to the no boot disk.
