Anger is an emotion we experience from the time we are born. As a baby, if we are not fed or our needs are not taken care of we express our disgust through crying and then it takes various forms as we grow up.

All the feelings of disappointment, dissatisfaction, fear, doubt culminate to form anger. Anger is not a disease that needs a cure, it's an emotion that can be useful in some situations. Hence, instead of getting rid of it completely, it needs to be managed in ways that it serves as a resource when needed.
