Welcome to Day 29 of our morning yoga challenge! I'm going to take you through a stretchy yoga class for flexibility with our intention of the day being FEEL. This is suitable for all levels and no props are required. We will do poses like reclined butterfly, bridge pose, cat pulling it's tail and seated pigeon.

Thank you, Kassandra. This practice was beautifully choreographed. One stretch just flowed into another. Your soothing voice guided me so well that I didn’t have to look at the screen.

I broke my ankle in march and haven't been albe to do the challenge as it was happening but I'm finally going to start trying to do some yoga again and am very excited to start this challenge on my own in may :D Thank you for your amazing classes!

It took me almost 4 months to go through the challenge, but I love it so much and the results are amazing, I am back to a daily practice (doing longer sessions if there is time) and almost back pain free and so much stronger. And having these short and always lovely practices to come back to is the backbone of this shift. I will be doing the challenge all over again come day 30 . I think I'm gonna do next your chakra morning yoga series because I can't stop doing yoga every morning. I got interested in chakras more after that one daily challenge where we had to gain knowledge about yoga💙

I will miss these 30 days. 😢 I have not missed one. 🎉 Next month I will follow one of your many 10 minute morning practices. In June, I am going to follow this 30 day challenge again.
