On the Christian subreddit, nunsinnikes brought up some great biblical examples of God's plan and free will "the story of Joseph implies that it can. Joseph's brothers sell him into slavery. When they meet up with Joseph in Egypt, they ruminate about sending him there. Joseph responds with (paraphrasing), "No, you didn't send me here. God sent me here. What you intended for evil, God intended for good."
That shows that it was both the free choice of Joseph's brothers (not God's choice, for them, because it was done with evil intent) and it was also the plan of God.
Trippy stuff.
Also seems like Judas' betrayal of Christ is another example." "
