Honestly i have been working out since few years (not being very consistence tho) but when i started doing pilates within few weeks i could see results...so now when i do workout after a very long time i do pilates... that motivates me a lot because i know they do work

Hey i wanna ask something for people with fast metabolism i do too on my birthday i ate alottt of pizza's brownie and stuff i bloated really bad and weight was 65 and then the next day i weighed myself when debloated my weight was 55 kg like huhh
