Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs
• 4 slices bacon
• 2 bread buns
• 2 slices of melting cheese
• 1 handful of arugula

Method for grilled bacon and egg sandwich:
1. Press the pull switch and open the upper and lower plate.
2. Open the grill and press the button to release the upper plate. Turn it around and attach it with a flat side up.
3. Turn on the grill and select the manual mode.
4. Set the temperature to 220 °C and let it preheat.
5. On a flat plate break 2 eggs and on a grill plate place 4 slices of bacon.
6. Grill the eggs for 3 minutes and bacon for 4 minutes, turning once in between.
7. Remove the eggs and bacon from the grill.
8. Halve the bread buns across the middle and place them on a grill plate to soak up the bacon fat.
9. Assemble the egg sandwich.
10. On the bottom bread slice add a handful of arugula, 2 slices of bacon, one slice of cheese, one fried egg and cover with another slice of bread.
11. Serve warm.
