Check the recipe:
Coffee rubbed grilled fish (serves 2)

Ingredients:
• 2 sea breams
• 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp ground coffee
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp salt

Method for grilled fish:
1. Remove the fish from the fridge 15-20 minutes before grilling.
2. Pat the fish dry with a paper towel.
3. With a sharp knife score the skin of the fish on both sides.
4. Brush it with olive oil.
5. Mix together 2 tsp ground coffee, 1 tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tsp salt.
6. Generously apply coffee rub all over the exterior and the cavity of the fish.
7. Turn on the grill and select the manual mode. *
8. Set the temperature to 210 °C and let it preheat.
9. Place the fish on a grill.
10. Close the lid and let it grill for 5 minutes.
11. Serve the fish with fresh salad or potatoes.
