God spoke to me one day when I was in agony because of a sickness and he told me “ you will be healed soon” I heard it audibly and looked around the room. I felt his peace after that even though I was still in pain and 3 weeks later I was miraculously healed and I am still to this day. PRAISE THE LORD!!!❤️🙏🏼❤️

I hear the voice of God in many ways. Mostly in His Word but sometimes in my spirit. No one can take that away from me. His voice NEVER ventures from His Word in my life.

I was an atheist for many years, despite having been shown the outer darkness during a very painful time in my early twenties. 30 years later, when I was in a very bad situation, I cried out in my anguish 'Lord, where are you?'. Immediately, the answer came - 'I'm right here. I've always been right here.' God does speak to us in the Word.
The Holy Spirit does speak to us on a personal level.
I personally have heard the spirit talk to me in my head and outside my head! No question, no doubt.
The Lord speaks to us, HE isn't giving new scripture but HE is giving instruction or leading.
God will never say anything against what HE has already stated in the Holy Bible.
God does speak to us if we do have a close relationship with HIM!
We can all hear God! Read the word and pray.

First, let me say my heart is broken💔 after hearing what Priscilla Schiller said about hearing the voice of God. The year I got saved in 2003, I was driving on I -75 when the Lord spoke audibly, saying to me, "DO NOT BE CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD!" Didn't understand it then, but I do 20 years later! God also speaks to my heart through scripture. You have to test the spirit because I actually heard a demon speak audibly to me (2020), but I was at a casino. 😒 Found out you can't sit at a table with God and demons (gotta make a choice, hot or cold🤷‍♀️). I never went back. ✌️❤️

I feel for those who deny the ability to hear the voice of God through the unction of the Holy Spirit. 33 years ago when I first came to the Lord, for the first time in my life I heard I could have an intimate relationship with God. I hungered for intimacy with Him. One night while at church my TV blew out. I didn't have money for a new one. I paced praying what I was going to do. Suddenly, everything went quiet and I heard " I thought you wanted intimacy. "
That night, I kid you not, on the Christian station radio Chuck Swindoll started a study on "Intimacy with the Almighty ".
I ask you did I not hear God's voice? Absolutely!

I have heard the voice of God several times. It was not an audible voice, it was a thought that was so strong I could almost hear it. It completely agreed with God’s word. I have a real problem with Christians who think just because it didn’t happen to them, then it can’t be from God.
I would be more concerned if I had never heard the Spirit speaking than worrying about someone else who had.

I believe that God speaks to us through his WORD. However, before I was saved I had three terrible dreams, three nights in succession. The last two, a voice spoke to me. I didn't see a face.

All three dreams warned me that I wouldn't make it to heaven because of the way I lived my life and that I needed to change. Prior to those dreams I really wasn't thinking about God.

After the dreams I knew that those dreams DID NOT come from the evil one. Two days later a good friend of mine called me out of the blue to invite me to a Women's Day that her church was having.
The rest is history.

I think it is possible for God to speak to us through the Holy Spirit to give us guidance and instruction.
Not saying that He would give us any new scripture over what has already been written, but that He could send us to a town or to a person that needed to hear the Gospel.
Remember God works in mysterious ways.

hi, I did hear the Voice of God telling me this: "you will never smoke again" that was 2009 and I just said okay my Lord, and I never smoked again through His grace I were healed from smoking. I know it is true because it was powerful and strong. thanks, God bless you all.

So how I became a Christian is actually hearing a quiet voice in my grandmothers church call my name 3 times. I was terrified and it happened kind of like how Samuel was called. I previously was bullied and outcasted and even beaten in my middle school. After I heard the voice I felt a rush of ultimate power and ultimate love. The same voice said after I will give you what you want (meaning someone who cares or love) if you follow me (like Jesus said prior in the gospels). After that something which I believe is the holy spirit made me turn towards the cross and I knew it was Jesus who called me. I understand some of these pastors think everything comes from Gods voice. But likewise, did not God speak verbally to Samuel, Abraham, Moses, and even during Jesus' coming multiple times? With all due respect I think it is better to stay quiet about how God speaks because you do not control what He does, let Him decide how he calls and dont put him in a box.God can use dreams, visions, verbal voice and the bible to call His sheep this is the truth.

I have had visions. In the last days in Joel Jesus says your young men will have visions and your old men will dream dreams . And I will pour out My Spirit on My male and female servants . I agree that the Lord is speaking in His Holy word
