People are more obese now bc many occupations are requiring less movement making people overall more sedentary. Consistent Movement is key. People on the “magic weight loss pill” are losing Skeletal muscle mass and bone density not stored body fat, the weight we do want to lose.

I get that genetics may be able to influence your body's ability to store energy, but at the end of the day you cannot store what you did not consume. If you're fat it's because you eat too much, you're doing something wrong with the food that you eat.

There isn't really a stigma about taking a medication for it. It's more an issue of the fact that the medication costs more than $50, 000 per year, gyms cost $500.
