For supplements/vitamins you should just get a blood test, if you don't need extra, don't take extra. It could be harmful!

Keep in mind the multiple vitamin will likely have a lot of those vitamins that youre supplementing separately and you could actually be taking way more than your body can handle. Just something to look at.

You shouldn't eat zinc and selenium in one go because of absorption of selenium. Watch out when it comes to multivitamins. Some vitamins/minerals don't work well together for example vit.C and B vitamins😊

Just eat a balanced diet, take a blood test yearly to see what you’re deficient with and take supplements for those specific things. Most ppl are very prone to becoming iron or vitamin d deficient, but idk abt all these other random ones

AG1 is a scam and it tastes awful (at least to me lol). Someone from my gym had sample packets, so I just decided to try it to see if influences were hyping the taste up, knowing that it's a scam, and I could not even finish it lol

You dont need supplements unless your doctor prescribed for deficiency. You get those from your balanced diet, otherwise its unnecessary & can sometimes do more harm than good.

For selenium just eat two Brazil nuts every day. Cheaper and yummy!

fun fact for anyone who sees this: if you take more of a water-soluble vitamin than your body actually needs (vitamins C and B especially), you will literally just pee it out. there's no point to taking extra because it will just pass right through you. if you take too much of a fat-soluble vitamin (A, D, E. K), however, it will build up in your body and can lead to vitamin toxicity which can cause serious health issues. so basically in general do not take more vitamins/minerals than you actually need! figure out what you're actually lacking in and supplement through your diet what you can, and if you're still lacking then taking an actual supplement is fine, but don't just take a ton of supplements indiscriminately because if you don't need them it can be bad for you.

If you have a balanced diet, then you would not need any of these supplements. Plus, the supplement is lower quality nutrients. Its better to just eat a bigger variety of spices and plants

I eat Brazil nuts, at least 2 a day for my selenium ❤ unless you’re deficient you should get your vitamins and minerals from foods

You should be consulting with doctor and blood work before taking all these supplements. (If you haven’t already). I just think that it may be too much vitamins and you have to check your levels to ensure you aren’t overdosing

Pls tell your healthy conscious bf that taking supplements without a blood test can actually be very dangerous especially if you already have those vitamins in excess, it can also cause liver failure. Tell him to stay off social media for a bit.
