EASY croquetas / croquettes | Cheesy bacon croquette recipe

How to make cheesy, bacon croquettes. You can fry them but I think they're better oven cooked. They're so easy to cook and make a great side dish. You can use left over potatoes, and switch the bacon for chorizo for a more Mediterranean feel.

Ingredients
A few handfuls of potatoes
100g crispy bacon lardons
100g grated mature cheese
Salt and pepper
Flour
Egg yolks
Panko Breadcrumbs
