INGREDIENTS
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

For the filling
1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped ham

For the flour mixture:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika

2 egg whites
1 cup breadcrumbs

cooking oil, for deep-frying

For the dip:
mayonnaise
sriracha

lemon, for garnish
