This video shows you the steps to install VMware vSphere Hypervisor ESXi 6.7 U2 on Windows 10 PC using VMware Workstation 15 Pro. But you can follow these steps for a server, laptop, or any other device you may want to use.

Step 1. Download VMware workstation if you don't have it already. The link is below. you can test before buying.

Step 2. Download VMware ESXi to the local system that you will use for the install. The link is the following

Step 3: After downloading the VMware ESXi 6.7 U2 ISO, open VMware Workstation 15 Pro.

Step 4: I would recommend you to add 4 processors, 8-16GB of RAM and a minimum of 60 GB of hard disk space to VMware ESXi 6.7 U2 on VMware Workstation.

Step 5: Watch the entire video to install the name VMware ESXi 6.7 U2 on VMware Workstation 15.

Hi! Thank you for the comprehensive walk-through. However, I can't fully understand if the OS installed on the ESXi host would have access to the physical hardware, such as GPUs, for example. I'm mostly interested in Nvidia TITAN RTX. I'd like to be able to set them up for use in a Linux OS running on a virtual machine. Can you please tell me from your experience if this pass-through is possible and how is it done better? Thanks!

I still have a question due to the fact I cannot connect from my local browser(from the physical host) to the esxi. ( i can connect / reach instead from any other virtual machine on my workstation.
So, can you please explain short if you configured static route (and wich one) on your local host.

I followed your instructions to its core; however, upon logging in with my root and the password, I am not able to see any storage or database, everything is blank. I configured DHCP for assigning an IP address, and the DNS, not sure if that may have caused the issue. Any idea?

Hello Patrick, Question. Why did you assign STATIC IP of 192.168.200.210? Why not 192.169.1.100?
