this series is so cool I love it, thank you! Somali cats are so gorgeous. When I was a vet tech, our office manager was an Abyssinian breeder so I've always loved the looks/ personalities of Abyss + Somalis. Summer is such a smart, pretty kitty! PS I absolutely adore Ragdolls too ;)

The Red shown was another Ruddy. The color is now called Cinnamon, it is a brilliant orange-red with a wash of light brown over the back and down the tail.

I lost my Somali girl a few weeks ago and I´m still heart broken, hoping to get a new little fox friend in autumn.

Watching this for the second time and almost crying. As much as love my big black shelter cat, wo loves me very, very much too, this makes me miss my beautiful Max that much more. Look up Mittsnpaws Miromax--we adopted him after he retired from showing at 3; he was close by my side for all of his remaining 13 years.

I miss my Somali so much, she was like a baby, so sweet and purred so much. She loved to play and would joust with a stick under the dining table.

Cant wait to get our 2 Somalis in December(A ruddy male and a black/silver female. And yes Black/Silver is a recoignised colour in FIFE and TICA). After having owned a somali for 13½ years i have never encountered a more loving and affecinate breed so double up on the energy and love is going to be great.

You should add the Highland Scottish Fold to the series! I’m thinking of getting one and would love to see more info on them. They are long haired Scottish Folds.

I had Somalicats. Betty, the last one, live from 1994 Till 2012..She was wonderful.
Samson too, and he was a very clone friend, but he died surprisingly after 11 years.
Nowadays, a Somalicat would be too expensive for me.
