Boeing paid millions to a failed CEO and yet they would nickel and dime their own employees who actually do the work. Strike where it hurts the most.

Look at how decent working Americans are treated by their own countrymen
Shame on you Boeing!

16 years since last raise that stipped the employees of their pension plan. The cost of living in Washington state has exploded since the last contract 16 years ago.

THEY can pay their executives millions but THEY "can't afford" to give employees a living wage. Every corporation does this. Corporate Greed.
Silly Humans.

These are high skilled workers that trained for years to do specific jobs at Boeing. They can't easily be replaced like a CEO, Board member, or executive can. Yet they are treated like dirt. Strike on brothers..Strike on.

Know this…that ask of 40% gwi seems substantial, but we haven’t had a contract in 16 years. We’ve had takeaways, including our pension…..and minimal benefits that do not even closely compensate. Now factor in how our economy has changed with ever increasing inflation over the years. We are not only workers, we are a skilled workforce. Most of us take pride in what we do and work very hard. Boeing needs to offer a respectable and competitive wage and benefit package for retention and bring in new generation of future skilled workforce.

The improved health care is 1% off your premium for example if you pay $400 a month for insurance than you will save $4, that's weak.

That’s crazy, there are a lot of people that would love to work for Boeing. If all those people are walking off, there are a lot of new job openings.

As an aircraft mechanic for a major airline, we legally are not allowed to protest/strike due to the railroad act. And yes airlines 100% take advantage of it and pay us very little as a result

A raise for faulty planes and space craft. Unsafe to fly on Boeing products, don't know if a door or wheel or a tail section will fall off. Safer to drive if you're just going across the U.S. .I would be glad I had a Job with everything that Boeing has put out.

The workers dont make bad airplanes, the sr leadership who outsourced all the work to non qualified foreign companies and made it so they lost control of half the quality. Dont be fooled, the employees in Washington have the knowledge and skill base to build the best aircraft in the world, but thats only if leadership would listen to them employees instead of making poor decisions based on maximum profit instead re investing in their employees.
