I feel this. I found a recipe for 15 minute Shoryu Ramen a few years ago that is like 85% of the way there compared to the real thing that has taken me days before to make.

It’s at the point where I don’t know if all that extra time is worth it for a meal that’s only 15% better 😅

The green label dumplings are absolutely TOP TIER, I always keep some on hand to throw a couple in my ramen. Making a whole soup with just dumplings and bone broth tho? Sounds like heaven🤤

This looks incredible! I’ve never heard of or seen prepackaged korean bone broth in stores, but would absolutely buy that in bulk and freeze in cubes for easy boosts to meals. Would you recommend any brands, or even techniques to make your own large batch at home to that same end?

As a ex-chef this is real facts.. after spending hours on hours making fancy dishes. We go home and make/eat very basic stuff. Seriously hated working in a kitchen 10-12hrs. Just to go home to be in the kitchen for multiple hours.
