Happend about 25 miles in casually driving. this HAS NOT been boosted hard yet. Only blipped about 3 times just to monitor fuel on the SAFC2. Its got about 37 miles on it. I cant tell for certain, but it seems like the turbo is possibly leaking, somewhere, I'm thinking the exhaust side on the turbo. I cant feel any leaks but it's def leaking somewhere or something is very wrong with the turbo lol. I'm going to have to remove everything and try again soon. I'll be buying OEM turbo gaskets thats for sure.

I ended up selling that car to a friend who was interested in getting into 240's. Its still running strong! :)

It idles funny because its cammed haha. It's also a little rich on startup. Pump is hardwired so its running full bore all the time but its dialed back with a external FPR. 550cc injectors. It settles down some once its warmed up as well. Timing is spot on. I'll be poking around some soon.

He doesn't have the car but new owner just made a dyno trip to granite state dyno. This setup made 317whp and 278tq leaning out the 550cc injectors. Pretty sure off a safc as well. New 9wner plans on bigger inj and making 350whp+. For a 1k price tag the turbo kit surprised me haha

Do a vacuum leak test on the system turbo and all. Idles like poo... check your tps..def run oem gaskets. ..check timing and make sure your running on all cylinders might have a bad ignitor...

Did you ever figure out what was going on? Because I've been looking for a long time to pick up the ISIS turbo but was hesitant since I was not sure how good it really was. I know its a non ball bearing turbo.

I had to shave because of the woman lol. I hate it. Growing it back for sure lmao. I'll put a vid of the TA up before long. Just wanna wait till I get some shit cleaned up in the bay maybe and get my exhaust on.

The issue was the cheesy gaskets had blown out. The turbo setup itself is great. The gaskets are garbage. Buy OEM replacements. Youll thank me later.
