Easy DIY Low Tunnel Greenhouse Hoops

preview_player
Показать описание
Low tunnel row cover or "greenhouse" hoops can help extend your gardening season by enabling earlier planting in the spring and later harvests in the fall. PVC hoops are quick and easy but not as long lasting as those made from electrical conduit which are just as easy to make and will last for years!

I'm so glad I stumbled across this vid. I had no idea tube benders even existed. I'll be looking into this and whatever the cost, it's sure to be a good investment. Will be following your links - hope you got them monetized !! Thanks for the clear instructions, will be checking out the rest of them. Lily

I made the mistake of using PVC when I built my greenhouse. Unfortunately I didn't know at the time that PVC did not hold it's shape well at temperatures above 95-100 deg F. It also off-gasses chlorine when heated and has destroyed the polyethylene film in the greenhouse a couple of times. I really need to invest in a tube bender and build it the right way. Nice video :)

Good Day! Thank you for making this video. I am also planning to set up a tunnel greenhouse in my garden, , may I know the measurement of your bender please? Thanks a lot!

Great video, thanks for sharing! Did I miss how you created the "slot" for the pipe to insert into on the pipe bender? What is that made of and how did you attach it. Thanks again, very helpful!
