Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Week 9 Day 1 another crazy leg workout. You're going to need a stepper, medicine ball, bench, and eventually two benches. I did a modified version of double bench jumps. Have fun!

15 medicine ball squat press
Repeat x 7 minutes
30 second break

20 X hops
30 knee ups
15 jumps
24 snap jump + knee ups
